Troubleshooting a panalok login problem
Most panalok login issues are caused by one of a small number of common problems. Working through the list below resolves the majority of access difficulties without needing to contact support.
Wrong username or email
If your panalok login returns an error on the first attempt, check that you are using the correct identifier. Try both the username you chose during registration and the email address associated with your account. Copy-paste rather than typing if the username contains numbers or unusual characters.
Incorrect password
Passwords at panalok are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off and that the keyboard language matches the one used when the password was created. If you are on a mobile device, disable auto-capitalise for the password field. Try entering the password slowly and deliberately rather than relying on autocomplete.
Forgotten password
If you cannot remember your panalok password, visit the FAQ page for the account recovery process. The recovery steps will be sent to the mobile number or email address registered to your account. Keep access to those contact details secure — they are the primary way panalok confirms your identity during recovery.
Account verification hold
New panalok accounts may require mobile or email verification before the first login is fully authenticated. If a prompt appears asking for a one-time code, check your registered mobile number or inbox for a message from panalok. Enter the code exactly as shown. Codes expire after a short period so complete the step promptly.
Browser or device issues
If the panalok login page does not load correctly, try clearing your browser cache, switching to a different browser, or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Outdated browsers can occasionally cause display or submission problems with login forms. If one device fails, test the login on a second device to isolate the source of the issue.
If none of the steps above resolve your panalok login problem, contact support@panalok.net from the email registered to your account. Do not include your password in the message — support staff will not ask for it.
